One bedroom apartment in the theater district

This one bedroom apartment is located in a high-rise building in the Theater District on the 16th floor. There is a 24-hour doorman, small-shared terrace, gym and laundry room.
The apartment is spacious and views out onto Eighth Avenue.
The large living room is equipped with a dining table for four people, a sofa that coverts into a double bed, a comfortable chair, a stereo and A TV with cable and DVD player.
The kitchen is open via a pass though. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils available.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The bedroom has a large closet with some space available as well as a queen-sized bed.
The apartment is near Broadway and off-Broadway theaters, restaurants and lots of shopping. There are two subway stops within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
