One Bedroom apartment in Harlem

This one bedroom apartment is located in Harlem along 116th Street. The apartment is on the second floor (parlor) of the building. The apartment has high ceilings and lofts in the living room and bedroom.
The living room of the apartment is equipped with a double sized futon, sofas, a TV and is open to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a stove, microwave and refrigerator.
The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and includes a double sized bed and two large closets.
The bathroom is connected to the living room and bedroom and has a door in the middle to divide the shower area from that of the w/c.
The apartment is located in Harlem with easy access to the 6 train at Lexington Avenue and 116th Street just to the west. There is also cross-town bus service on 116th Street.
