Small studio in the East Village
|
This studio is located in the heart of the East Village in a walk-up building. The apartment is on the first floor and faces the street.
The living room of the apartment is equipped with a double sized sofa bed with extra thick mattress and support frame, a wall closet and dress unit. There is a flat screen TV with cable as well as a dining table in the apartment. The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are basic dishes and glasses provided. There is no stove. The bathroom includes a w/c and a small sink in a separate room. The bath-tub is outside the bathroom in the main living area. There are curtains to separate the bedroom area from the bath-tub area and the dining area. Towels and linen are provided.
The apartment is near Tompkins Square Park in the heart of the lively and artistic East Village area of New York City. There are many restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques and art galleries in this neighborhood. It's the perfect place for people who love the night life and want to have fun in the bohemian East Village. There is subway access at First Avenue and Houston and 14th Street as well as Astor Place. There is also a bus service on Avenue A which connects you to Union Square and the West Village.
