The apartment was clean with fine decoration, near downtown by bus or underground, and next to Central Park and museums by foot |

We stayed one week in the apartment, we were five people, we ate breakfast and some dinners in.
There was no problem to eat in the vacation rental, the supermarkets are near[by]. The beds were good, but the restroom was too small for five people. The apartment was clean with fine decoration, near downtown by bus or underground, and next to Central Park and museums by foot.
We can recommend the apartment for 3 or 4 people who want to visit New York.
There was no problem with the owner to pay and he was very fast to answer our problems. |

I (and my colleagues) enjoyed the apartment very much. The [Upper East Side] location was excellent, the vacation rental itself well furnished and clean. The arrangements with the owner like arrival/departure, security deposit, etc. went very smoothly and without any difficulties. I wouldn´t hesitate to recommend your service or the apartment to my friends or family members. |

Truly enjoyed our stay [at the apartment in Upper East Side]. [Our agent] was pleasant and very helpful. The vacation rental had
adequate room for the 5 of us, was very clean and bright with good laundry facilities,and all pots/ pans/ dishes/ glasses necessary. Air conditioner nice and cold for our August stay. Great location. Pleasant 6 block walk to subway (#4) through safe and very quiet
neighborhood. M15 bus stop [at the] corner of E. 73rd & 2 Ave. Landlord is pleasant, fair, [and gave] immediate responses to inquiries. Great to deal with!
