Studio apartment in the Upper East Side

This spacious studio is in pristine condition and is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue, New York. The building has a small elevator suitable for one person at a time. The apartment is located on the second floor and is a spacious studio with high ceilings, hard wood flooring and a full separate kitchen. The main living area is equipped to sleep four people with two double sized beds. There is an a/c, wireless high speed Internet, flat panel TV with DVD player and a large dresser. The apartment also has two large storage closets and three large French windows that face a quiet street which provide for a very bright atmosphere. The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink. Linens & Towels are provided. There are hair-dryer, iron and iron board in the apartment. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment. The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement. The apartment is located in a quintessential Upper East Side brownstone on a tree-lined block. Nearby on Lexington Avenue is the subway service at 68th Street. There is also plenty of shopping on Lexington Avenue including delis and groceries. Further East on 2nd and 3rd Avenue there are plenty of restaurants and to the west on Madison Avenue there are all sorts of Luxury retailers.
