Loft studio near Union Square with a Balcony
|
This alcove studio loft apartment is located within walking distance from Union Square in the East Village. The apartment has an open feel and high ceilings. There is also a balcony off the living room.
The large living room has an open feel because it is equipped with a Murphy bed (which is a bed that can fold into and of of a closet to make more space in the room). The alcove section of the living room is separated from the rest of the living room by floor to ceiling curtains, which also block light. The alcove also has a desk with Internet access and a local phone.
The main section of the living room is equipped with two sofas and a chain around a coffee table. There is a small TV with cable, a DVD player and VCR provided as well as a stereo for entertainment. There is also a large dining table that could seat six in the living room.
The room is very bright because of the seven windows facing east and north as well as the large glass door, which leads out to the balcony. The apartment has wood floors.
The kitchen has a recent remodeling. There is a stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. All of the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
The bathroom is quite large and includes a tub/shower, w/c and double sink with vanity.
The apartment's location is quite attractive because of its closeness to Union Square, Washington Square Park and the East Village. Within a short walk, there are dozens of restaurants, shops and bars. You can find something to suit anyone. Transportation at Union Square is also quite extensive. The 4,5,6 trains run along the East Side of Manhattan, the L train runs cross-town and to Williamsburg, Brooklyn and the N,R,W,Q run to Times Square and then over to Queens.
