This spacious studio is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenues. The apartment is a spacious studio in mint condition with an open kitchen and is located on the third floor. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a 4-burner stove with oven, a microwave and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The living room has high ceilings and is equipped to sleep four people with two double sized bed. There is also a large flat screen TV with DVD player, a/c, a small dining table with four chairs and a large storage closet. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink. There are hair-dryer, iron and iron board in the apartment. Additionally, and very importantly especially for the Spring, Summer and Fall months, there is a large south-facing terrace comprising both an open and closed (gazebo-style) space with all the appropriate indoor and outdoor furniture provided. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment however smoking is allowed outside on the terrace. The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement. Wifi Internet, Linens & Towels are provided. The apartment is located in a quintessential Upper East Side brownstone on a tree-lined block. Nearby on Lexington Avenue is the subway service at 68th Street. There is also plenty of shopping on Lexington Avenue including delis and groceries. Further East on 2nd and 3rd Avenue there are plenty of restaurants and to the west on Madison Avenue there are all sorts of Luxury retailers.
