Bright large two bedroom apartment in Carroll Gardens

This fully furnished two bedroom apartment is located in historic Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. This apartment is the 2nd floor of a 4 story walk-up brownstone building. There is an intercom/buzzer provided for your security, and the owner lives on the ground floor. This large apartment is 750 square feet (70 square meters) and provides a pleasant, personalized and economical alternative to staying in a tiny, expensive Manhattan hotel room.

The apartment is extremely quiet, bright and clean, and has large windows and hardwood floors. Both bedrooms are in the back of the building away from the street and have double beds and closets; linens are supplied. The larger bedroom has air conditioning and a decorative fireplace. High speed internet access is provided.

The living room has a fold out sofa that sleeps two, and digital television. There is also a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic amenities, including a coffee maker and a cappuccino maker, as well as cookware and a stocked pantry. The bathroom is in the hallway and is fully equipped. Towels are provided. Near the bathroom there is a very spacious closet.

Carroll Gardens is a beautiful old neighborhood full of turn of the 18th century brownstones (typical old style New York townhouses) and narrow tree-lined streets. Just down the street there is a supermarket, as well as several cafes and a wonderful bakery, as well as many boutiques, delicious restaurants and lively bars just a few minutes walk away on nearby Court and Smith streets.

The F/G subway lines connect you quickly to rest of Brooklyn and New York City and are found on Smith Street, 5 blocks away, or take a little extra time and walk through Brooklyn Heights, along the Promenade, and over the Brooklyn Bridge!
