One bedroom apartment in Fort Green

This one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a brownstone in historic Fort Green in Brooklyn, voted the "Best Block in NYC" by TimeOut, 2006.
It's a peaceful tree-lined neighborhood w/ a unique village charm yet only 10 minutes away from NYC. There are many amazing restaurants, a wine bar, epicerie and fun shops just around the corner. Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) is a 1 minute walk away and hosts some of the city's best theater, dance, film and music. Pratt Art Institute is also in walking distance and on Saturdays you're right around the corner from the Farmers' Market with fresh fruit and vegetables and the gorgeous Ft Green Park.
The apartment feels like an Asian cottage because of the wooden walls, tatami table and shoji screens in the living room. There are dark chocolate wood floor and many windows throughout the apartment.
The kitchen opens into the living room and has a modern stainless steel and wood sink w/copper faucet and comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker and spices, etc.
There is a small office with computer and internet access if needed as well as an air mattress if accomodating a 3rd person.
The bathroom has a large modern steel and wood sink, shower, tub and towels are provided.
The large bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and has a full sliding glass door which opens into the backyard.
Although currently under construction, the backyard is a comfortable size with year-round ivy and a barbecue grill for outdoor cooking in the warm weather.
The G and C subway trains are only one block away and 3 blocks from the 2, 3, 4, 5, and B, R, Q trains at the Atlantic Avenue Station.
