Luxury One bedroom Loft in the Financial District

This luxury one bedroom loft is located in the heart of the Financial District in Lower Manhattan.
The building has been erected in 2006 and has a full time concierge service.
The apartment is a very spacious loft with one double bed and a twin sofa bed. It is furnished with contemporary, modern minimalist pieces. Fully equipped with a large plasma TV with digital cable channels, with premium movie channels and DVD; high speed internet, plush towels and high thread count linens.
The kitchen is equipped for very light cooking. It has a large refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower/tub and ltowels are provided.
During your stay, you are invited to take advantage of the full-service fitness center with heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball courts, racquetball court, and bowling alley.
The neighborhood is very busy during the day, as it's very near the New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street and near many office buildings as well as many historical sites. There are shops, restaurants, bars and several subway stations.
