Studio in the heart of Greenwich Village
This studio apartment is well located in Greenwich Village on Thompson Street close to NYU, SOHO and area subways.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of an elevator, doorman building. The apartment is a studio with an interesting tri-level configuration. Each level is separated by one step giving the apartment more dimension.

The lowest floor has the kitchen area and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, toaster, refrigerator and basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is manual coffee maker.

The bathroom has a sink, w/c and tub/shower.

The middle floor of the living room has a desk with internet connection, a sofa, a dining table and closet space.

The top section of the apartment has a queen sized Tempurpedic bed.

The apartment has a large sliding door which leads out to the small balcony which has a table and 1 chair. There are views of the Empire State Building and downtown from the balcony.

The neighborhood has many shops and restaurants lining the streets. The closest subway is the West 4th Street stop with service on the Sixth and Eighth Avenue subway lines. Because of its great central location, the area around this apartment can be noisy at times.

There is a cat that occasionally lives in this apartment. The cat will not be present during tenancies.

The [Greenwich Village] apartment was like the photos show, without any surprise, perfect.
My experience with New York Habitat was 100% positive, no doubt about it. Once I choose the apartment everything was running good. My contact with [your agent] was correct and [she] helped me with everything. The contact with the owner of my vacation rental was also great. She was a great girl and I had absolutely no problems with her. The [Greenwich Village] apartment was like the photos show, without any surprise, perfect. Thanks for the service, I'll recommend it to anybody who could visit NYC.

I am happy to tell you about [this vacation rental] apartment in Thompson Street. It exceeded all my wishes and dreams.
I am happy to tell you about [this vacation rental] apartment in Thompson Street. It exceeded all my wishes and dreams. It is clean, pleasant and uncluttered. It has everything you need (well-appointed kitchen, good chairs, storage space) and more: the best bed I ever slept in, and a wonderful little balcony with a view of the streets and the Empire State Building. Exploring the neighbourhood was a delight. [The accommodation owner] is lovely and generous: she left supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and even lent me her excellent bicycle.

Being able to stay in [a vacation rental] in such a great location and feel like locals really made our trip.
I just wanted to write and thank you for your help in arranging an apartment for our stay in New York. We had a fantastic stay and the vacation rental was perfect for us - very clean and stylish and more spacious than it looked on the pictures. The location in the Village was also great, with lots of good bars and restaurants around. Being able to stay in [a vacation rental] in such a great location and feel like locals really made our trip. [The owner] was also fantastic, very friendly and laid back with some good restaurant tips. If we come to New York again, we would definitely want to stay in this apartment again. Please feel free to use our recommendation with other clients, and pass on our thanks to [the apartment owner] for a fantastic stay.

It was the second time I stayed with New York Habitat and it was great again.
It was the second time I stayed with New York Habitat and it was great again. Your service is really perfect. Our [Greenwich Village] apartment was in a great neighborhood - our favorite in New York. The renter was very kind and on time in the vacation rental by check-in and check-out. The apartment could be a little bit tidier. That's the only small point of critique. You can be sure, that we rent an apartment through New York Habitat, the next time we visit New York. Thank you very much for your service and your friendliness.

If I ever come back to NY I will rent [this apartment] again and, doubtless, recommend it to friends.
Everything was perfect! The neighborhood is absolutely safe and has lots of small restaurants and bars without excessive noise so you can sleep well. From the apartment you can go walking to lots of places of interest. The sub-way is also close. It was very clean and the owner provided us with lots of information about NY. The owner is also very friendly, charming and helpful. If I ever come back to NY I will rent [this vacation rental] again and, doubtless, recommend it to friends.
