Studio in the heart of Greenwich Village
|
This studio apartment is well located in Greenwich Village on Thompson Street close to NYU, SOHO and area subways.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an elevator, doorman building. The apartment is a studio with an interesting tri-level configuration. Each level is separated by one step giving the apartment more dimension.
The lowest floor has the kitchen area and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator and basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is manual coffee maker.
The bathroom has a sink, w/c and tub/shower.
The middle floor of the living room has a desk with internet connection, a sofa, a dining table and closet space.
The top section of the apartment has a queen sized Tempurpedic bed.
The apartment has a large sliding door which leads out to the small balcony which has a table and 1 chair. There are views of the Empire State Building and downtown from the balcony.
The neighborhood has many shops and restaurants lining the streets. The closest subway is the West 4th Street stop with service on the Sixth and Eighth Avenue subway lines.
There is a cat that occasionally lives in this apartment. The cat will not be present during tenancies.
