4 Bedroom Triplex Brownstone in Park Slope

This late 1800s brownstone is located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. It is a huge house with hardwood floors, original antique wooden mouldings and decorations on walls, windows and doors. It has a backyard with wooden deck and a garden.

The first floor has a very spacious living room, furnished with sofa, chairs, television with cable channels and VCR player. There is a dining area with a round table with chairs and an open kitchen equipped with all new appliances. Near the kitchen there is a half-bathroom with w/c and a sink. Towels are provided.
The backyard is accessible from the kitchen.

The second floor has two bedrooms with queen size beds, closets and dressers. There is one bathroom equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c, sink and a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided.

The third floor has two bedrooms and a small kitchen, equipped only with a refrigerator and a microwave, but no sink.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed, a closet and dressers.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed, a single bed, a closet, a dressers and a television set with cable channels. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, which is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.

WIFI DSL internet access is available throughout the house.

This brownstone is located near the subway station at 7th Avenue, where you can catch the B & Q trains into Manhattan.

We (2 families/ 7 people) spent 11 days in this beautiful house [in Brooklyn] and felt right at home

We (2 families/ 7 people) spent 11 days in this beautiful house [in Brooklyn] and felt right at home. The apartment was cosy, very spacious and had a terrace with garden, as well as friendly neighbors, which made it easy to forget the strains of sightseeing. The landlady was very welcoming and helpful. The surroundings were nice, the house was next to a subway station, close to all kinds of stores (bakeries, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops etc.), while at the same time only minutes away from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum..... what else do you need? All in all we can only recommend this accommodation, especially for families.
