One bedroom loft apartment with private roof deck in Chelsea

A few stairs lead to the entrance of the building which is secured with a buzzer. The loft apartment is furnished with Indonesian antiques and authentic mid-century modern styles. It has one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and an open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a single size day bed, chair, and armchair and includes a cable TV with DVD player and stereo. It has five windows facing north, south and east and a skylight. The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary items to cook. It includes a table and chairs. The loft bed is in a raised room accessible by a straight-run staircase, and has an operable skylight above it. It is furnished with a double size bed. Linens are provided. The bathroom is accessible from the living room and has a north and westfacing window and one window facing the living room. It includes a w/c, a bathtub with shower and a sink and an aquarium with fish. Towels are provided. There is a 400 square feet private roof deck furnished with tables and chairs, and an umbrella-shade. It has an unobstructed view of the Empire State. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a five story walk up building located in Chelsea. There is wireless broadband Internet access. There is a cat and a fish in the apartment. Transportation: Train A,C,E,L to 14th Street and 8th Avenue and 1,2,3 to 14th Street and Seventh Avenue. The apartment is located in Chelsea, two blocks from Hudson River Park. The Chelsea neighborhood counts numerous art galleries to the west as well as restaurants all around. There are movie theaters, shops and many conveniences along Eighth Avenue and further west. To the east, both Fifth and Sixth Avenues between Fourteenth and Twenty-third Street are lively shopping areas with a variety of clothing and specialty stores.
