The entrance of the building is secured with a buzzer.
The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room, one open kitchen and one balcony.
The living room is furnished with two sofa beds and is equipped with basic cable plasma TV. It has two windows facing the street.
The kitchen is open to the living and is equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave oven, traditional oven and all necessary items to cook.
It includes a counter with stools.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes two closets. It has one window and one glass door facing the balcony. Linen is provided.
The bathroom includes a w/c, a bathtub with shower and a sink. Towels are provided.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a five stories walk up building located in the Upper East Side. This area includes many stores, boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bakeries. There are food shops and cleaners on Lexington Avenue and Luxury Retailers on Madison Avenue. Central Park is just a few blocks away and some area museums include The Whitney, the Guggenheim and The Metropolitan Museum.
Transportation: 6 train to 77th and 68th Streets.
