The neighborhood [the apartment was in] was very pleasant and groovy with interesting shops and places to eat. |

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment on Norfolk Street. It was compact but
didn't feel cramped. It had a rustic Moroccan feel to it.

I would have preferred more daylight in the living room but it was cozy. The
owner was very helpful.
The only slight problem was the person upstairs seemed to move stuff about a
lot in the middle of the night, creating some noise though it was not really
loud enough to keep you awake long. |

We were very pleased with the apartment we rented in New York. |

We were very pleased with the apartment we rented in New York. My initial contacts with the owner were very good and he was very helpful in explaining how to access the vacation rental. The apartment was well presented and clean when we arrived. We contacted the owner's friend who came by to explain the important things about the [vacation rental]. The owner had even left a small folder containing information about different restaurants within the area and greater Manhattan which was very helpful.
Overall we were very happy with the apartment and all my dealings with New York Habitat. |

We had a wonderful time in New York. The apartment was perfect for our needs - ideally located, clean, safe and well laid out. Our host met us on our arrival despite our flight being delayed and took time to show us around the vacation rental and explain everything to us. It was fantastic value for the location and amenities provided.
We would definitely book an apartment through New York Habitat again - our agent was extremely helpful and considerate - and we had a wonderful break. I would recommend New York Habitat to anyone wanting a break away in NY. We both look forward to visiting again! |
