The subway is right under the apartment and Madison Square Garden, Macy's, Empire State Building a few blocks away |

The vacation rental is exactly as in the pictures, clean and equipped with all the comforts indicated in the agency website.
Its location is definitely the strongest point. The subway is right under the apartment and Madison Square Garden, Macy's, Empire State Building a few blocks away (10 minutes walk).
Noisy during night time due to the presence of a night club right under the vacation rental (we suggest to wear ear plugs).
Air mattress as bed in the room.
Very satisfied for the professionalism of New York Habitat agency and the choice of the vacation rental.
I ONLY don't recommend to people who have issues falling asleep otherwise they have to sleep with ear plugs. |

[We were] absolutely pleased with our vacation rental [in Chelsea]. Everything was OK with our agent from NY Habitat during the rental process. And about the
apartment, better than we expected! For sure I would recommend it. Very well located, 10 minutes walking to Times Square and close to Soho and Greenwich Village, very tidy and excellently decorated, so cute! Also the landlady was very nice with us, she speaks Spanish and was at the vacation rental for our arrival and departure. More amenities than we hoped for, including free Internet connection through all the apartment! Everything was perfect. Very romantic! Ideal stay for couples. Definitely I will choose this apartment for my next stay in NY (hope it will be soon). |

The service (getting the key...) was also perfect. For 3 people it`s a little bit small for one week, for 2 it`s perfect. The photos and all you have provided were true. The only thing is, that it is difficult to sleep, because there is a nightclub and the people have party on the street (music, singing, cars....). Monday, Thursday, Wednesday the club is closed and so it was possible to relax.
But it was a good choice to stay there and book with you.

The landlady was very nice and was in the flat in time for arrival/departure and we didn't have any problems with payments or deposit.
The [vacation rental] itself had all the amenities expected, even exceeding them sometimes! and the location is amazing.
I've recommended your agency and this vacation rental to some friends
