[We were] absolutely pleased with our vacation rental [in Chelsea]. Everything was OK with our agent from NY Habitat during the rental process. And about the
apartment, better than we expected! For sure I would recommend it. Very well located, 10 minutes walking to Times Square and close to Soho and Greenwich Village, very tidy and excellently decorated, so cute! Also the landlady was very nice with us, she speaks Spanish and was at the vacation rental for our arrival and departure. More amenities than we hoped for, including free Internet connection through all the apartment! Everything was perfect. Very romantic! Ideal stay for couples. Definitely I will choose this apartment for my next stay in NY (hope it will be soon). |

It was a little bit small but we stayed in the vacation rental only for sleeping.
I will choose New York Habitat again for a next stay, and I will recommend it to my friends. |

The landlady was very nice and was in the flat in time for arrival/departure and we didn't have any problems with payments or deposit.
The [vacation rental] itself had all the amenities expected, even exceeding them sometimes! and the location is amazing.
I've recommended your agency and this vacation rental to some friends
I loved New York, it's such a beautiful city and people is so friendly and hope to come back soon.
