Garden Studio Apartment in Hamilton Heights
This garden studio apartment is located on the ground floor of an 1890 walk-up brownstone on the West Side of northern Manhattan, near Harlem's Hamilton Heights historic district. This apartment is just around the corner from Broadway and an avenue away from Riverside Park overlooking the Hudson River on the western border of New York City.

The apartment features hardwood and ceramic floors, exposed bricks walls and five patio doors that look out onto a private back yard, where the owner's pet ducks frolic (cared for by owner). It offers WiFi Internet access and television.

It has a separate eat-in kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and all necessary items with which to cook. There is a double size futon and a second bed can be brought in for those who prefer not to share.

There is no smoking in this apartment or though the patio door; this apartment is ideal for a non-smoker.

West 152nd Street is close to many of New York's cultural and educational landmarks, such as City College, Columbia Medical School, the Hispanic Institute, the American Academy of Arts & Letters, Jumel Mansion Museum, Riverbank State Park, Alexander Hamilton's House, as well as major subway lines. It is 2 miles from Columbia University's main campus.

There are restaurants and shops, taxis and buses available at all hours on Broadway, just around the corner.
