I've used New York Habitat a few times now, both in Paris and in New York, and it's always been a great experience. I really enjoy having a home base that actually feels like home when I travel, and both of the [vacation rentals] I've stayed in have been absolutely on the mark in terms of location, size, style and cost. It's a great alternative to hotels - you get so much more space and independence for so much less
money!
The process has always been smooth as well. I highly recommend New York Habitat's service to all independent-minded travellers. If you're the kind of person that relies on 24 hour room service and the
recommendations of a concierge, then this probably isn't your kind of experience. But if you want to stay in a beautiful apartment, live and explore like a local, then this is just the thing. |

We felt like home. We very much liked the [Tribeca] apartment and the location where it is situated. It was much better then staying in a hotel. Our host was very kind and provided us with everything necessary. Overall it was a pleasure to rent through New York Habitat - we certainly will do it again and recommended your agency already to friends. |
