One bedroom loft apartment in a converted warehouse building in Tribeca
|
A converted warehouse building in Tribeca. There is a security system for this 4th floor walk up apartment.
This 2000 square foot one bedroom loft has wood floors, area rugs and white walls. Enter into the living room with several wood antique pieces, a black camel back sofa, a long table with plants in front of the two windows and a grand piano. There is also a long wood dining table with four wood and wicker chairs.
The bedroom is in the back of the apartment with access to a large artist studio that allows for peace and privacy. There is a double bed with an antique wood frame, an antique dresser, and a desk with chair. Bedding is provided.
The artist studio space is closed off from the living room and kitchen by a screen with a sliding door. Within the studio space is a single bed closed off by a free standing wood screen. A washer and dryer is located next to the bathroom off the studio.
The bathroom is large, white and newly renovated with a shower/tub and toilet. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is open with light blue/green counters, white cabinets, open shelving, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer.
The building has a freight elevator for moving in and out.
The subway station is two blocks away on Sixth Avenue and Canal Street. There are crosstown buses that run along Houston Street and Chambers Street. The uptown/downtown bus is on Sixth Avenue. Tribeca has places for shopping and fine dining as well as casual resturants.
