Loft with two bedrooms in Tribeca
|
This loft building is located in Tribeca.
It is approximately a 1200 square foot 2 bedroom loft that can sleep 4 to 6 people.
Former industrial building now refurbished into apartments. There are 14 other apartments in the building. You directly access the apartment by an elevator. The front door is kept locked and entry is with your own key, and for visitors through an intercom system. Washer and dryer are in the apartment.
It has a high ceiling and white painted walls. The living space is huge. There is a home-office from the owner in one corner. Right next to this, in an alcove, is a double-sized futon bed (same as a convertible sofa). On the other side of the living room is the dining table and six chairs, TV, VCR, halogen-lamps and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is separate and has a fridge, stove, coffeemaker.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, sink and a big closet.
The first bedroom has a double-sized bed and the second bedroom is for the owner's child. It has a single-sized bed and a closet.
Tribeca has places for fashionable shopping, up-scale dining and is an accessible location to Soho. Uptown/Downtown buses run along Sixth Avenue and Broadway.
