Two bedroom apartment near the Theater District.
|
This apartment is a one-bedroom that has been converted into a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is a basic apartment, there are all the essencials but nothing is fancy.
This brick building is located on a Midtown West between 9th and 10th Avenue. The building has a canopy on the front door and a full-time doorman. There is an elevator and laundry facilities in the building.
The living room of the aprtment is equipped with a beige sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, entertaiment center with TV, VCR, sterio and cable. There are no windows in the living room.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, and an assortment of cooking utensils. There is an ample amount of counter space and storage cabinets. The kitchen is dated but still functional (the appliances, counters and cabintets are from the early 80's).
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a dresser and plenty of closet space. The windows in the bedroom face the street.
The second bedroom is small and is used as an office/bedroom. It is equipped with a full size bed, two desks and a bookshelf. The room has several plants on the window ledge.
The apartment has one bathroom that is finished in gray and white tiles with a bathtub and shower, a sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and a toilet.
The apartment is well equipped for vaction rentals but shows signs of wear and tear from all of the guests.
In the Times Square area are many Broadway and off-Broadway theaters. A variety of food shops and restaurants line Ninth Avenue. There is everything from the basic New York delis to the upscale restaurants. Transportation is easily accessible with buses going uptown, downtown, and cross-town, all within a couple of blocks. The closest subway is the C and E trains on 50th Street and Eighth Avenue.
