Its centralised location meant that we were never too far from Times Square or any of the Broadway theaters, which is great. The vacation rental itself was clean and spacious, and the concierge always helpful and delightful.

Everything worked and the location was perfect for us. The restaurants near the vacation rental were great and we were close to the parade and close enough to the subways. My husband and I will certainly be return customers. Of all the referral
agencies we have dealt with in the past, NY Habitat has been the most
professional. Your representative [...] was very responsive to all our questions and supplied us with the specific information we requested. We wanted an apartment in the theater district.....within walking distance of the major theaters.
Once we located a vacation rental, [our NYH agent] put us in touch with [the owner who] was extremely accommodating in arranging for our stay. When we arrived, everything was as promised. The apartment building was very attractive, the doorman was expecting us and the apartment was clean and neat with everything in working order. As promised, the location was perfect. After seven days, nine plays, walks in Central Park, wonderful dining selections and quiet and secure accommodations, we agreed that this was one of our best and most relaxing trips to New York. |
