Spacious studio apartment
|
This newly renovated studio apartment is located on 120th Street between Lenox and Fifth Avenue. It is situated on the ground floor of a brownstone building. The apartment measures approximately 800 square feet and sleeps two people or three people (there is a day-bed that can sleep a 3rd person).
Enter the apartment into the spacious and bright main room. The room is fully furnished with nice pieces of furniture. There is also a small desk in one corner of the room. Wooden floors are all over the apartment. There is a television, cable, stereo for your entertainment.
There is a queen-size bed that sleeps 2 people comfortably.
One nice feature of the apartment is the garden, which in the summer will be provided with chairs.
The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine, which of course can be used by the guests.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and WC.
Harlem is a neighborhood in a transition stage and is becoming more and more popular. Many of the areas in Harlem have become quite desirable because of the style and the size of the apartments. This apartment is located in a residential street with similar brownstone buildings. There are a lot of convenient shops in this area. The subway is on 116th Street and it will take you approximately 15 minutes to Columbus Circle.
