Two bedroom one bathroom apartment on the Lower East Side

This two-bedroom duplex apartment is located on Suffulk Street corner Stanten. It measures approximately 950 sq. ft and can accommodate up to three guests. It is situated on the first floor of a postwar building.

Enter the apartment first to your left is the separate kitchen. It is rather functional and features a stove and a fridge. As well as a sufficient supply of cooking utensils.

The living room has four windows facing the back. There is a comfertable couch in one corner and a dining table in another.
The entire apartment is carpeted except the living room which has wood floors. The owner prefers no shoes in the apartment. There are a lot of plants and the left corner you will find a large fish tank.

The stairs lead you to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed. The bedroom has access to the balcony. Sheets are provided.
The second bed room features a twin sized bed again with sheets supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utencils and dishes.

The bathroom includes a tub, shower, a sink and a WC. Towels are provided.

Neighborhood: The Lower East Side is one of the world's hippest neighborhood. Off-Broadway theater, cinema, world class restaurants, and bars, which cater to every conceivable type of culture and flavor, are all within just blocks from the apartment. Sip your morning coffee with writers and artists at Pink Pony Café or go jogging along the East River. Dining out? Try the local Cuban joint on Rivington Street for rice and beans, Katz's for a bit of old New York, or head out to our own Indian district on 6th Street; all are neighborhood favorites. Looking for something more upscale? Check out Avenue 'B' for a lineup of world class chef's and sophisticated dining. Anyway you slice it; there's plenty to eat at any budget. Local music venues abound. Jazz every night is just around the corner at Deana's on Rivington or check out the DJ's at Orchard Street Bar. The best garage bands in town all play The Grocery on Stanton Street. The Lower East Side (LES) has some of the best shopping New York City has to offer; 70's fashions, vinyl records and classic modernist collectibles. Once you've seen LES just jump in a cab or take the 'F' train to explore the rest of Manhattan.
