Two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Midtown East
|
LOCATION: New York City- Midtown East at East 57th Street at Third Avenue.
Size: 2-bedroom apartment with an area of 1350 square feet. Two bathrooms with tubs.
Building: In a 24-hr's doorman building with elevator. Unit is on the 19th floor, facing East and North. Prewar building.
Interior: Spacious, and beautiful furnished apartment in a contemporary style. All floors are hardwoods. There is plenty closet space. Two bedrooms with a King size bed in one of them and two double beds in the other. Linens and towels, pot and pans provided. There is a color TV with 1000 channels, VCR, DVD player and stereo in the living room. High ceilings, very sunny, decorated in modern/Art Deco style. The views are spectacular; you can see one end of Manhattan to the other, facing East, North, and South. The bedroom is very large by any standards. There are two televisions, two stereo systems, and CDs. The second bedroom has a den feeling, with wood panels and many windows. There is dishwasher in the completely equipped kitchen, with a large window. Beautiful cherry wood floors throughout, oriental rugs, and curved sofa. This apartment is very luxurious and large, about 1350 sq. ft., a wonderful oasis in the middle of town. There is a a queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the livingroom.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Services that could be provided upon request for an extra fee: daily maid service, room service (there are several restaurants in the neighborhood who deliver), theatre tickets, concierge services and much more.
Neighborhood: Midtown east is a nice area, within short walking distance to Central Park and the Madison. There are several restaurants in the immediate area.
Transportation: Subway 6 at Lexington Avenue and 59th Street. Busses at the Avenues. Taxis around.
