Our family of five were very happy with the apartment in Waverley Place. The location was fantastic, the subway station was within meters and all the shops we needed around the corner, yet it was a quiet [New York] area. The vacation rental was comfortable and full of character, everything worked and it had all we needed, (and extras such as tourist information, umbrellas, books). The booking process was straightforward and the owner helpful. We appreciated being able to book for only 3 nights at a reasonable price, I recommend [this vacation rental] to anyone visiting New York. |

I stayed at different places in New York and this is the best I had. It is comfortable for 5 people with no problem, the terrace is great and this is really a plus. The owners are very nice people and helpful. The location in Greenwich village is great. I hope to come back and will try to get this [vacation rental] again. |

We are very satisfied with the apartment rental. Excellent location [in Greenwich Village], two nice bedrooms, a patio and a living room. Clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, but it seems very complete. The owner lives downstairs and gave us all the privacy we needed. We would certainly stay there again!
