Very nice, large one bedroom a few steps away from Broadway Theatres

Location: New York City, Midtown West on 48th St between 8th and 9th Avenues.
Size: One bedroom, living room, full kitchen and one bathroom. Sleeps 4 people.
Building: In the heart of Manhattan, this apartment occupies the entire first floor of a lovely brownstone house. The entrance is very secure. The two front doors lock themselves automatically. Visitors are welcome through an intercom system. The building was renovated by following the city historical guidance.
Interior: The apartment is very interesting. It features nice hardwood floors. It is large enough that can provide two sleeping areas separated by a long corridor. The bedroom has two twin beds and in the living room there is a queen size sofa bed and a queen size Murphy bed (a bed that folds or slides into a closet). The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The apartment has AC, telephone, two cable TVs , a stereo, hair dryer and an ironing board and iron. The bathroom is modern with marble floors. It has a bathtub with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Neighborhood: West of the Theater District is a residential neighborhood known as Clinton. This Midtown area has undergone an amazing revival. Its new residents are young professionals, theater people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). Lots of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets cater to the rapidly growing newcomers. Restaurant Row (46th St between 8th and 9th Avenues) is a long block of restaurants and pubs side by side, all packed with theatergoers before curtain time. From this great location you are two blocks away from busy Times Square area and the Theater District, Within an easy walk to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick Cathedral and Fifth Ave.
Others: Public transportation is everywhere. Buses and Subway stations are all few steps away. Taxis are available day and night
