The owner made us very welcome and provided us with lots of useful advice.
Even though the vacation rental is located in a busy part of NoHo, it was very comfortable. |

The apartment is clean, cosy and homey. The location is the biggest plus. So many NYC attractions are in walking distance |

Our stay in the apartment on E. 1st St. was just perfect. We enjoyed ourselves in this space very much. The vacation rental is clean, cosy and homey. The location is the biggest plus. So many NYC attractions are in walking distance and the nightlife is literally around the corner.
The owner was very nice. He gave us a warm welcome, checked on us during our stay, answered all our questions and gave us insider tips.
So all in all a perfect stay. Thank you! |

We really enjoyed this vacation in the East Village.
We had a very good contact with our host who was present at arrival time and let us live in the apartment really as if it was ours.
This vacation rental is absolutely charming with it 70's decoration and the environment is very quiet except the bars around, but we knew it and accepted it.
We recommend it for a real stay in the heart of Manhattan, far from the touristic ways.
We shall recommend your services to anyone who wants to [really enjoy] NYC. |

My wife [...] and I loved the apartment the retro design and especially its location between the East Village, Lower East Side, etc. - really a vibrant and exciting place with fabulous bars and restaurants, 10/10. The nocturnal noise, and there was some, only added to our appreciation of the place. If there is one complaint, and I hesitate in saying this, because we really loved the vacation rental and its eclectic furnishings and lighting system, is the bed it could really do with a rethink it was like sleeping in a hammock. It isn't flat. As an ageing deluxe retro sofa-bed, it could really do with some structural engineering, i.e. The springs being re-sprung, or a board put underneath the mattress by no means dispensing with it, as it is in keeping with the design of the apartment. If I had time I would have told the owner myself when we parted, without troubling you, and I want to stress that overall our stay was delightful in every way apart from this, yet I fear other clients will feel more perturbed by this aspect of the visitor experience. |
