Location: 16th Street, at the corner of 7th Avenue.
Size: Luxury, spectacular view, spacious one bedroom with large living room, separate bathroom and kitchen, approximately 900 square feet, sleeps 2 people
Building: In the heart of Chelsea, this apartment is located on the 16floor of a 20floor building. The corner position of the unit offers 3 exposures, including sunrise from the living room, sunlight throughout the day and sunset from the bedroom. Building has 2 working elevators with doorman 24 hours. Building has coin operated laundry machine.
Interior: Well lighted and spacious this apartment is design with a modern feel, Feng Shui specifications, full length mirrors throughout, expose metal, hardwood floor and contemporary paintings. Bedroom has queen size bed with 2 end and decorative tables. Bed linens are provided. Living room has sofa, dining table, 37"inch flat panel hdtv home theater with dvd and audio cd. There is DSL internet access . Facing the morning sunrise is a little table with chairs. Kitchen provides microwave oven, dishes, flatware and glassware, with large refrigerator and stove. Bathroom has full size bath tub, shower with excellent water pressure, towels are provided.
Neighborhood: West of 16 street is the Hudson River, which offers running, roller blading, cycling trails along the water front, beautiful landscape and parks. Several super markets and 24 hours delis within 3 blocks radius. Also trendy and upscale restaurants, clothing stores, cinemas and video rentals. Chelsea is known for is art galleries all within walking distance. East of 16 street is Union Square with is famous "Farmers Markets" whose stalls of fresh fruits, flowers, vegetables, fish and meats attract local residents.
Others: Public transportations is everywhere. Subway station for the 7th, 8th avenue and 14 street lines are less than 2 minutes on foot and taxis can be hailed on 7th Avenue at anytime of day or night.
