This 15m2 studio is located on the ground floor of a building from the 19th century facing north and having a security code system and an intercom on the premises. The apartment can accommodate two people. The layout is as follows: main entry leads directly to the living room followed by the kitchen to the left, the mezzanine is off the living area and the bathroom is off the kitchen and there is a tiny private courtyard off of the kitchen. The décor is modern. The 8m2 living room is furnished with a sofa, a end table with lamp, built in shelves with lamp, a TV, a decorative basket, a small table with two stools, a built in closet and other decorative items. A ladder leads to the mezzanine level that has a double bed, a shelf and a reading lamp. The bathroom has shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, a sink with upper shelf and mirror, movable chrome shelves and a toilet.
