Charming studio near Montmartre between Rue Championnet and Rue Belliard.

This 15m2 studio is located on the ground floor of a building from the 19th century facing north and having a security code system and an intercom on the premises. The apartment can accommodate two people.
The layout is as follows: main entry leads directly to the living room followed by the kitchen to the left, the mezzanine is off the living area and the bathroom is off the kitchen and there is a tiny private courtyard off of the kitchen. The décor is modern.
The 8m2 living room is furnished with a sofa, a end table with lamp, built in shelves with lamp, a TV, a decorative basket, a small table with two stools, a built in closet and other decorative items. A ladder leads to the mezzanine level that has a double bed, a shelf and a reading lamp. The walls are off white, parquet wooden floor and there is a French door/window (off the kitchen) with lace curtains with access to the tiny private courtyard.
The spacious open kitchen is equipped with an inlaid electric 2-burners stove, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink and cabinets and drawers containing kitchen utensils. The walls are off white with partial white tiles over the counter and white tiled floor.
The bathroom has shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, a sink with upper shelf and mirror, movable chrome shelves and a toilet. The walls off white with partial white tiles and white tiled floor.
An Internet connection is available.
The district of Montmartre and art are inseparable, at the end of the 19th century the area was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintains its physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact. There are tiny exquisite squares, winding streets, small terraces and long stairways plus the Butte's famous vineyard. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, most especially from the monumental Sacre-Coeur basilica. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood
The closet metro station is Porte de Clignancourt or Simplon line 4.
