Spacious two bedroom apartment close to La Maison de la Radio

Located between Quai Louis Blériot and Avenue de Versailles, this quiet and cozy 85m² 2 bedroom apartment is just next to the Seine river. This part of the 16th district called Auteuil is very chic. The apartment is actually not far from the Maison de la Radio and just in front of the commercial neighborhood of Beaugrenelle where there are a lot of shops and entertainment facilities. Near the apartment you will find a few restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wineries, bookstores and all the necessary food services. This apartment is situated on the first floor of a 20th century well-maintained seven stories elevator building with concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system as well as an intercom. The apartment has wall to wall carpet except for the kitchen and the separate toilet, which are tiled and the hallway, which has a wooden floor. It also has double-glazing and manual shutters. The apartment faces the street, it has a southwestern exposure. The entry door opens on a spacious hallway leading to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, the second bedroom, which is part of the living room, on the left-hand side, the separate toilet and the kitchen on the right-hand side and the living room in the end. The 22m² living room has two windows (western exposure) is furnished with antiques. It has a sideboard, a cabinet, a desk, armchairs and a TV set. The 15m² first bedroom has a window and is furnished with a 140cm-wide murphy bed, a dining table and a side table. It is separated from the living room by a French door and can be used both as a dining room and a bed room. The 15m² second bedroom is furnished with a 140cm-wide bed, a crib, side tables and a large built-in wall closet. The carpeted bathroom has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a changing table. The separate and eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer (combo), a double stainless-steel sink, an electric hotplate and three gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fan, large built-in wall closets and all the necessary utensils. Heating and water heater are collective with the building. The nearest metro stations are Mirabeau Line 10, Javel-André Citroen Line 10 and RER C.
