Situated in the 15th district of Paris between rue Fondary and rue du Commerce. Traditional Parisian district mostly residential, provided with number of charming squares and all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets, and convenience shops. Very close to the Eiffel Tower, this small street is in about ten minutes by metro to the Invalides and to Place de la Concorde with its majestic Obelisk. Located on the 1st floor of a well-kept pre war walk up building provided with a security system, an intercom, and an elevator, this 60m2 two-bedroom apartment is southwest exposed, has white walls, and a neat parquet floor. It accommodates up to four people. There is a hall corridor leading to all other rooms. An archway window ornate with fine curtains and facing the street gives a certain charm to the 14m2 living room, fitted with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a graceful wrought iron legged coffee table, an oval marble top dining table with four chairs and one stool, a chest of drawers, a recessed closet, a decorative fireplace, (a TV may be installed if requested in advance). In both bedrooms sizing 10 and 12m2 there are other archway windows garnished with curtains, closets, and a decorative fireplace. Besides, the first one is furnished with a 130cm wide single bed, a bedside night table and lamp, and bed head wall lamps. The second one has a 0,90cm wide single bed, a bed head night table and lamp, and a writing desk. The eat-in kitchen has a drop leaf dining table and a window. It is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners and a white ceramic sink fit on the white worktop, a microwave oven, a compact dishwasher, a combo fridge and freezer, and many cupboards and drawers containing the utensils. There is a small bathtub with handheld showerhead in the bathroom, in addition to the medicine cabinet above and cabinet below the white ceramic washbasin, closet, and. toilet. There is a Laundromat in the ground floor. The nearest metro stations are La Motte Picquet (Lines 6, 8, 10) and Dupleix (line 6).
