Just 15 minutes walking distance is the Place de la Bastille where you will find the Opera de la Bastille, considered as one of the best opera houses in the world. The apartment is east and south oriented and has a nice view with no vis-à-vis over the Père Lachaise. There is carpeted floor almost everywhere except in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
