Studio centrally located in Saint Germain des Pres

Situated between Quai de Tournelle and Rue de Poissy, this calmed studio overlooks the street, is west exposed and is ideal for one or two people.
This nice building dating from the 19th century has a security system, and a concierge. It's situated on the 1st French floor , second building on the rear. Most of the walls of this 20m2 studio are painted in white, the whole studio is done in white tiled floors.
The bright 13m2 living/sleeping area is furnished with a single bed with a second single bed which pulls from underneath , there is a round dinning table with 4 chairs. At one corner there is small table, a floor lamp and a TV. A nice window with fabric curtains faces the street, there is also has a chest drawer and one bookshelf, most of the furniture is done in white colors.
The small separate kitchen is at the entrance, equipped with two electric burners stove and a hood with exhaust fan, a sink, a small fridge and cabinet space. There is a window and double doors leading to the living/sleeping area. In the separate bathroom, there is a shower protected by plastic curtains, a toilet and a washbasin. Linens are not provided. Smoking is not accepted. Pets are not permitted. Electric heater and water heater are individual. Electricity is to be paid according to consumption. Cable subscription and telephone rental are at client's charge and to be paid according to use.
The fashionable Boulevard St Germain begins on the historic Pont de Sully, one of the bridges linking the Seine River banks, crossing the delightful Ile Saint Louis. In a very short distance is the Pantheon containing the remains of many great French men, a typical Mosque, and the biggest University of Paris, Jussieu. In all this area many services and entertainment options are offered - nice restaurants and cafes, diverse sorts of shops, fine bakeries and supermarkets.
The closes metro station are Jussieu (lines 7, 10), Cardinal Lemoine (Line 10), and the Bus (24, 63, 67, 86, 87,89).
