Studio apartment in the Latin Quarter

Neighborhood: This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Bûcherie between Rue Lagrange and Quai Montebello. This apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the Latin Quarter and only 50 meters from the Seine. On Sundays you can see the secondhand booksellers on the quayside of the river. The well-known 'Jussieu' university is close to the apartment, as are the Pantheon, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Rue Mouffetard, popular for its bars and cafés. There are also many museums, jazz clubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The botanical garden, ' Les Jardin des Plantes' with its zoo and the National Museum of Natural History is within easy walking distance. Premises: This 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor. Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall. The apartment opens into the main room with the open kitchen. The main room has two windows with southern/ eastern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a console surmounted by a flat screen TV, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair, some shelves and a closet. The open kitchen with a small counter is equipped with two electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet. Heat and hot water are both electric.
