Spacious 3 bedroom designer apartment in the Marais area

Located between Boulevard Beaumarchais and Rue de Turenne, this large designer 180m² loft 3-bedroom apartment has a 120m² and a 6m² terrace. It is located in a charming area with old buildings and hotels particuliers. The apartment is between the Oberkampf area and the Marais, which have many trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has all the facilities and services and it overflows of artist galleries and design shops. In a short walking distance are the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum or the Place de la Republique. The apartment is situated on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment has a western exposure, facing gardens and courtyards, it has painted walls and wooden floor everywhere except for two bedrooms, which have plastic floor, the toilet and a bathroom, which are tiled. The entry door opens on a staircase leading to a hallway. On the right-hand side is the master bedroom with a communicating bathroom and a 6m² terrace, on the left-hand side is a staircase to a 120m² terraced roof, in the end is the living room. The living room communicates with two bedrooms, which have a common bathroom. A separate toilet is in the living room. The 100m² living room has nine windows facing the courtyard, a working fireplace, and antique beams. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, armchairs, sets of built-in wall closets, a stereo and a phone. The stainless-steel open kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, for ceramic hotplates, a cooker hood, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a double stainless-steel sink, a washing machine and a dryer. The 20m² master bedroom has three french doors opening on a 6m² terrace. It is furnished with a 160cm-wide bed, sets of built-in wall closets, a cable TV with a DVD player and a VCR and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. The bathroom has a bath with a Jacuzzi and a wall-mounted showerhead. The 10m² bedroom has three windows with rolling shutters facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, a stereo, a coffee table and a 140cm-wide mattress set on the floor of a mezzanine. The 8m² bedroom has a window facing the courtyard, it is furnished with a 90cm-wide bed, a stereo, sets of built-in wall shelves and a desk. The two bedrooms are communicating with a bathroom. It has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a bath with a wall-mounted showerhead. Heating and water heater are individual and electric. The nearest metro station is St Sébastien du Froissart Line 8.
