One bedroom apartment in the Menilmontant area
This furnished one bedroom apartment is located in the Ménilmontant neighborhood in Paris. It is on the fourth floor of a Haussmanian building without elevator. Access to the building is granted through a coded system. A superintendent is available on site.

The charm of the apartment is reflected in its parquet floor an decorative fireplace, typical for many Parisian apartments.

Exposure of this accommodation is east and west with views on the courtyard and the street.

The vacation rental is located on rue Pache in the Ménilmontant neighborhood in Paris. Brasseries and French restaurants, as well as the nearest supermarkets can be found right at the corner, on rue de la Roquette. The apartment is in the vicinity of the Père-Lachaise cemetery, a historic landmark. Many politicians and artists are laid to rest on this cemetery, among them Honoré de Balzac, Gustave Caillebotte and Yves Montant. The apartment is also within equal distance to two symbols of the French Revolution, the Place de la République and the Place de la Bastille, both destroyed today. Place de la Bastille houses the well-known opera house today.
