Quiet and bright two bedroom apartment in Beaubourg
|
This 60 m2 two bedroom apartment is located in the colourful 3rd area, close to le Boulevard Sébastopol and just a few steps away from Les Halles.
This two-bedroom apartment is centrally located. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Centre Georges Pompidou, which is dedicated to displaying and promoting modern and contemporary art, not far is Le Marais, where you have the Carnavalet Museum or the Place des Vosges. There is also Les Halles where you can find all kinds of shops. By metro and bus, you can go, in only a few minutes, to the Palais du Louvre and the Saint-Louis Island.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century building, with a digicode and an intercom. The apartment faces a quiet courtyard, and is South/West oriented.
You enter the apartment in a small entry with set of shelves and a phone, followed by the living room, from it you access directly to the bathroom and the separate kitchen, where is the separate toilet; you access through the kitchen to the first bedroom and from it you access the second bedroom.

The 8m2 kitchen has a window, is furnished with a mini electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, 4 electric gas burners, a stainless steel sink, an express coffee machine and a toaster.
