situated one block from rue Cler markets, nearby shops, cafes and the LaTour-Maubourg 8th line metro for easy access to every attraction and site this great city has to offer. In this safe, residential, quiet oasis, one can relax in the evening after the bustle of daily excursions, tours and activities.
You can marvel at the views from the near rooftop terrace while enjoying a glass of wine in the foreground of Le Grand Palais, Sacre-Coeur Basilica and L'Eglise du Dome (Les Invalides), then retreat to your bedroom in the presence of a scintillating Eiffel Tower performing its nightly ritual only to be greeted by courtyard birds upon awakening from your comfortable slumber.

The best part of [our Paris apartment] was a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom and kitchen windows. |

We had a delightful stay in the rue Amelie apartment. The very kind owner was flexible and accommodating about a change in our arrival time. She was there to meet us, and even had bottled water and wine chilling in the [refrigerator]
for us, along with pastries for our first breakfast. She took us on a tour of the neighborhood which was very helpful. The vacation rental was just right
for my daughter and me: bright and clean with simple furnishings and a kitchen with every needed accessory. The best part of [our Paris apartment] was a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom and kitchen windows.
We also enjoyed the terrace for late-afternoon wine and relaxing. The location was perfect, a quiet street 1 1/2 blocks from the market street,
rue Cler. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! I am so glad I found it through your website, which was user-friendly and thorough. |

Just got back from a great trip through Europe.
The apartment in Paris was EXCELLENT, the Eiffel Tower filled the bedroom window and was a highlight. The position of the vacation rental was perfect, everything was close by. The neighborhood was filled with all the
necessities including supermarket, a fresh food market and excellent restaurants [...].
The owner was sensational! She took her time to show us the apartment and then took us on a short tour of the neighborhood which was an unexpected but fantastic surprise, and don't let her tell you otherwise, her English is better than most.
In summary, the apartment was perfect, position and condition, when we go back we'll be staying there again.
Once again thank you for the opportunity to stay in this apartment and meet the owner, it was an experience that both myself and my wife will NEVER forget. |

The [Paris] apartment was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, airy and bright and the owner [...] made us feel welcome and not only showed us the features of the vacation rental but walked us around the neighborhood to show us where things are. The apartment was conveniently located near the Metro and a short walk from the Invalides, the Seine, and the Eiffel Tower. It is not apparent in the pictures on the website, but the apartment has spectacular views of the Invalides Dome from the front terrace and the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen and bedroom windows. The view of the Tower must be one of the best anywhere in Paris. We certainly recommend the apartment to others. The kitchen is well-equipped and the nearby bakery is wonderful. Our only cautionary note would be that the bed is a very firm futon only a few inches off the floor and may be difficult for people older than we are (60's) to manage. |

The only shortcoming-If I had to pick something-would be the bed in the bedroom could be upgraded, as it is a futon, queen size, but still a futon, a little lumpy and hard and low for old folks. This is a great vacation rental, but that would sure make it perfect.
BUT I still laid on that futon and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle til two in the morning-how could I complain?
[The owner] was great to work with. Eager to please. NYH was also great, quick to get back to me, which is why I booked with you. You always replied in a timely manner.
Ah! Paris, I miss it already. |
