One bedroom apartment close to Chatelet
|
This furnished apartment is in the heart of Paris' Chatelet neighborhood. Among the numerous points of interest in this area is the celebrated Louvre, one of the first European museums. In fair distance are the Opera Garnier, Place Vendôme and its world famous jewelers, the Champs Elysées, and the very sophisticated Montaigne Avenue. All around this accommodation are jazz clubs, select restaurants, nice cafes, cinemas, supermarkets and other convenience shops.
Premises:
This 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 19th century walk-up building . The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into the staircase.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and two double-glazed windows with shutters that overlook the street. It is furnished with a sofabed, an armchair, and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a stereo.
The kitchen is equipped with four vitro-ceramic plates above the refrigerator. The dishwasher, the washing machine and the freezer are hidden under the built-in closet. It also contains an expresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting and two double-glazed windows with curtains and shutters that overlook the street. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a tall built-in closet.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette, and a towel warmer. It is overlooking a little courtyard.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Les Halles (lines 1,4,7,11 RER A,B,D).
