Paris Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Montparnasse (PA-3581)

The apartment was very comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was very large and convenient. The location was outstanding. The owners were helpful and generous! We thought there was WIFI right below the apartment and this was not the case - it was down the street which was disappointing. Except for that is was absolutely wonderful and the best Paris experience I've had.

Everything as described! the owner was most courteous, it was a nice surprise to find a cosy accommodation where you can feel "at home": beside pots and pans, we also found basic supplies which proved useful before we could go and buy food at the supermarket. Convenient location a few steps away from the subway and from a lovely street with plenty of shops for everyday shopping... like true Parisians!

NYH: service was very efficient, the agent who assisted us was gracious, emailed us useful information on the city. To recommend to friends!

The apartment is very pretty, well furnished, with some oriental furniture and fully equipped (even the pasta strainer and the Italian coffee maker!).
When we arrived we were welcomed by a relative of the owner because [the owner of the vacation rental] had just arrived from Thailand. We were given a lot of information and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, which we really appreciated.
The apartment is located in a very quiet street, in an area full of stores, supermarkets, restaurants/bistros and lots of other services all around; in walking distance to the subway station, which is very easy to travel all around Paris. It is even close to the railway station Paris Montparnasse (5 minutes walk).
We were perfectly fine for the whole week.
The [accommodation owner] was very courteous and available. When we return to Paris this will be 'our' home!

The Apartment on Rue Pernety in Paris was perfectly fine [and in a ] great area. The landlord is nice, very straight-up and accommodating.

In a word it was fantastic. I found the apartments I was interested in on your website and contacted your company via email. I received a prompt response from your representative [...]. She was an absolute joy to work with. She helped me narrow my search down to a few choices. When I had made my final decision, I contacted her and she sent a contract to me that was easy to understand and very straightforward. We rented a flat on the Rue Pernety in Paris and your company forwarded my contact info in the US on to the apartment owner. They in turn contacted me in North Carolina and could not have been more helpful. They answered all my questions specific to traveling to their city and saved me a great deal of time once I arrived. When we got to the apartment it was EXACTLY as advertised and the owner let us in and again helped us with some details to make our trip go more smoothly. Upon our departure the owners were prompt to check us out and were absolutely amazing.
Overall, our trip was perfect, down to the last detail. We would not have had such a wonderful stay if we had not booked our [Paris] accommodations through your company. Highest praise for your professionalism and attention to detail. When we travel next year I will be contacting you before I even purchase my plane tickets.

We loved the apartment, which is comfortable, stylish and situated in a wonderfully old-fashioned neighborhood of Paris with award-winning local stores, an arts cinema and some good restaurants.

The apartment is also a perfect base for exploring Paris with a metro station at one end of the short street and a bus stop at the other end.
