Well located and very comfortable one bedroom apartment near Chatelet les Halles and Eglise St-Eusta
|
Typical Parisian apartment with the charm of the genuine beams located on the 2nd French floor of a well-maintained walk-up building from the 18th century having a security system and an intercom. Northeast exposed and facing the little street this 55m2 apartment has white walls, large white tiles covering the floor, high ceilings featuring beautiful genuine exposed beams. It is divided as follows:
Entering the apartment there is a tiny hall with a built-in closet, and a hi-fi stereo. Right after is the 27m2 living room where one of the walls is yellow painted while in another hand a design yellow Terence Conran sofa gives, as well, a touch of bright color to the interior. Among the pieces of furniture is a large glass-topped metal table with six Le Corbusier design chairs, two club armchairs, and a small glass cupboard for glasses, a large bookcase, and a console. Also, there are modern paintings, nice area rugs, a telephone, and three large windows with curtains on the street side.
To the right side of the hall a corridor takes to the 12m2 bedroom. There is a double bed, a closet, a bookcase, a cable TV (placed on a roller table which can also be connected in the living room) , a VCR, lamps, a telephone, and a window on the very calm courtyard side.
The practical kitchen is equipped with 4 vitro ceramic burners, a traditional electric oven, a hood with fan, a fridge and freezer, a combo washing/drying machine, and a window on the courtyard side. Kitchen utensils, as well as an electric coffee maker, a toaster, and mixer are at clients' disposal.
The brown tiled bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead protected by a plastic curtain, and a metallic washbasin installed on a wooden shelf. Restroom is separated.
It is situated in a little street, part of a whole pedestrian area of the Marais, in a few minutes to Chatelet-Les Halles, to the majestic Louvre Museum, and to the Seine River with its charming islands. This live area abounds of restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops, where are, as well, in addition to a shopping mall, all the necessary markets (such as the famous Rue Montorgueil market), and supermarkets.
The nearest metro is Chatelet (Line 1) or Etienne Marcel (Line 3).
