Enchanting 4 bedroom Townhouse in Cadenet, Luberon

This quiet village triplex house with a garden and a large paved courtyard is located in the Luberon region, in Cadenet a small town. This 4 bedroom house can accommodate 8 people. It is tastefully decorated. Most ground floor rooms are vaulted. The layout is as follows : The gate gives access to a large paved private courtyard giving access to the XVIII th century house. -Ground floor : The 60 m2 living room faces south west and the courtyard. It is furnished with two large sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a rectangle table and a fireplace. It is equipped with a TV (VCR only). The house has been built backed to the hill. Therefore the back wall of the living room is just rocks this gives this room a lot of charm. The separate kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils and house ware. It is furnished with a round dining table, a cupboard, and equipped with an electric oven, 4 burners and an extractor, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. Next to the kitchen is a small store room with a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave and shelves with additional utensils. There is also a WC. Opposite the main house and across the courtyard (with garden furniture and ideal to enjoy the sun) is a small house where you will find a large bedroom with private bath and WC. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built in shelves, a small desk and an armchair. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a WC. - First (French) floor : An amazing stone staircase leads to the first French floor where you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom (35 m2) is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, an armchair, a small sofa and an armchair. It has a decorative fireplace and a window facing the small street with a nice view over the valley and the village roofs. It has an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Next to this room you will find two more bedrooms both furnished with a double bed. Each has a window facing the courtyard. The first one is furnished with a small desk, an armchair and built-in closed. The second one is furnished with a wardrobe. These rooms share a large bathroom with a washbasin, a tub and a WC. - Second (French) floor The staircase then leads to the last floor where you will find a small summer kitchen opening onto a 300m2 suspended garden. It is planted with flowers and lawn and decorated with garden furniture. From this garden, with a very private location, you will enjoy an amazing view over the village, the valley and even the "Montagne Ste Victoire" near Aix en Provence. Neighborhood : Cadenet, Vaucluse is a nice village in the Luberon, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley, in the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Access : 70 km from Marseilles, 20 km from Pertuis, 30 km from Aix en Provence, 60 km from Avignon and 35 km from Cavaillon. You can get to Cadenet by road or by train (TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
