Peaceful studio in Gap - Hautes Alpes

This peaceful studio apartment is located Place du Champsaur, in Gap (département 05), Hautes Alpes. This 30m2 apartment is on the sixth floor of a 1960s building. The building is protected with a security system , has an elevator and is very calm. South exposure, it can accommodate 2 people. The entry hall leads to the right to the bathroom , straight ahead to the kitchen and to the left to the living room. The 20m2 living room has two arm chairs, a cupboard, a wardrobe, a coffee table and a double convertible sofa bed and a round dining table. It has a hardwood floor. It is equipped with a TV, a VCR, a stereo and there is Internet Access. There are two windows, one opening onto the balcony. The separate kitchen is furnished with a small dining table, four gas burners, an electric oven (combo microwave), a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a window opening onto the balcony. The bathroom has a tub and a toilet it is all tiled. Heating is collective. The apartment has a balcony facing south. Neighborhood : For lovers of Nature. Gap, Hautes Alpes "Les Alpes Vraies" is a Peaceful city in the centre of Southern Alps it is famous for its climate and all the activities that are available in the area : Skiing, Moutains, Lakes, Golf (Gap-Bayard) , Parachuting at 'Gap Tallard Aerodrome', Botanical conservatory (Gap Charance). Acces : 100 km from Grenoble, 190 km from Marseilles. You can get to Gap by road or by train. You can also fly to Lyon, Grenoble or Marseille and drive from there.
