Enchanting 2 bedroom apartment in Aix en Provence
|
The apartment is located on the 2nd French floor of a two stories building with security system. It can accommodate 4 people.
The layout is as follows :
Entering the apartment, you will find the lounge and the first bedroom to the left, the second bedroom, kitchen and dining room to the right and a large dressing room straight ahead.
The lounge is furnished with a double sofa, a coffee table and two sea-grass armchairs. There are two windows facing west and the street and a decorative fireplace.
The first bedroom is furnished with a two single beds with bed-side tables and a chest of drawers. It has two windows facing west and the street.
There is a bathroom, equipped with a tub and a separate toilet.
The separate kitchen is equipped with gas and electric burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a micro wave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has most necessary cooking utensils.
Next to the kitchen is a dining room furnished with a dining table (seating 4) and a cupboard. Both the dining room and the kitchen give access to a long balcony overlooking the gardens, with a beautiful view of the country side of Aix - You can even catch sight of the "Montagne Sainte Victoire". You will enjoy the balcony for breakfast under the sun or al fresco diners.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside table and a wardrobe.
Neighborhood :
The best advantage of the apartment is its central location, very accessible by car and close to the city center (short walking distance from the famous "Hôtel de Ville" & "Cours Mirabeau' ).
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with a rich historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
