Cozy and ideally located Alcove Studio, Rue Meyerber, one block from the "Promenade des Anglais", Nice.
This apartment is located just by the "Promenade des Anglais", 50m from the beach, on the second French floor of a building with security system.
It can accommodate 2 people
The living room is furnished with two double sofas, a TV with DVD and VCR player and a stereo. (No satellite TV). There is a large window opening onto a balcony overlooking a private courtyard.
The Alcove bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a built-in closet.
The open kitchen has a sink, a microwave oven, three gas burners plus one electric burner, and a refrigerator/freezer.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a washing machine.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Nice, very close to the beach with direct access to the town center.
Nice a large city of the French Riviera.This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideallylocated. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some ski resorts. Nice is attractive all year long.
Access :
30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
