Located 2 km from Aix en Provence city center , this property can accommodate 6 people. It is a joint-villa but offer a lot of privacy.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Floor :

The entrance hall gives access to the lounge and to the open kitchen..
The contemporary style lounge is composed of a large sofa, with 3 armchair, a coffee table, a bookshelf and a cupboard. There is a stereo and a TV. The dining area is furniseh with a rectangle dining table seatin 6. There is a large French door with direct access to the large terrace and the garden.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas and electric burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a micro-wave oven. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. There is a counter table. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace which is ideal for al-fresco diners. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a refrigerator and freezer.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and a stall-shower.
There is a separate WC.
The staircase gives access to the first French floor.
First Floor :

Three other bedrooms are available on the first French Floor. Two of them are furnished with a two single beds and have windows facing south. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a window facing north. Each bedroom has a large built-in closet.
These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower and a separate Wc.
Garden :

The garden is planted with trees and lawn. There is a large terrace facing south.
Parking space is available in the enclosed garden.
Neighborhood :
This villa is located in a quiet residential area of Aix en Provence (west quarter). Main shops are available at a few minutes drive (small commercial center with all shops).
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
25 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
