Cozy and peaceful 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the heart of Aix en Provence
|
This wonderful apartment is located right in the heart of Aix en Provence, Boulevard du Roy René - a few blocks from the famous Cours Mirabeau.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Floor :

Entering the apartment you will find a large living room and separate kitchen
The large living room is furnished with 2 large sofas and armchairs and a coffee table.
There is a fireplace and a piano. There are 3 large windows opening onto the private garden.
The separate eat in kitchen is fully equipped with four electric induction hot plates, an electric stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven , a dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
Next to the kitchen is a nice veranda, used as a dining area with a nice view over the garden.
There is a washing machine and a separate toilet.
The staircase gives access to the first floor.
There is air conditioning.
First French Floor :

-The first bedroom has two windows facing the quiet garden. This room is furnished with a queen size bed.
-Next to this bedroom is a pleasant sitting-room which can also accommodate two people. It is furnished with and extremely comfortable convertible sofa-bed and equipped with a satellite TV and fridge. It also faces the garden.
The large shared bathroom (by the two rooms only) has a tub with air massage and a separate shower. There are separated restrooms.
Both rooms are air-conditioned.
There is a DSL Internet access.

From the ground floor, via the veranda, you will have access to the enchanting garden with garden furniture and large terrace.
Parking space (Covered Garage) is available in the property
Neighborhood :
The best advantage of the house is its central location, very accessible by car and close to the city center (short walking distance). It is just by the "Aix Central Train Station" and a stone throw from the Cours Mirabeau.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
