Four bedroom (2 bath) Provence style Villa with pool in Orange near Carpentras and Avignon.

Located 2 km from Orange city center , this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa can accommodate 7 people.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :

The entrance hall gives access to the lounge to the right and to the separate kitchen to the left and to the bedrooms straight ahead.
The lounge is composed of a large sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a cupboard. It is equipped with a satellite TV (including english channels). There are two a large French door with direct access to the large terrace and the garden. There is a working fireplace.
The dining area is furnished with a large rectangle with matching chairs and a cupboard.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator and freezer. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. There is a round dining table and a direct access to the terrace.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a window facing the garden.
There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.
Next to the bedroom is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The stairs give access to the first French floor where 3 more bedrooms are available.
First French floor :

Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, one with two single bunk beds. Each has a window opening onto the garden.
These rooms share a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.

There is a covered garage.
Will will enjoy the large paved terrace, the garden planted with lawn as well as the swimming pool (9MX4M) with pool house and summer kitchen.(Garden furniture is available).

This villa is located in a quiet residential area of Orange, Vaucluse district, about 2km North from the Centre.
