This apartment is located on the first French floor of a small building overlooking a courtyard , Rue Cassini in Nice Vieux Port.
This 26m2 apartment can accommodate 1 or 2 people.
The 18m2 living room has a double convertible sofa bed, a round dining table, a wardrobe and a small desk. It is equipped with a TV.
There is a large French window opening onto a small balcony overlooking a private courtyard.
The open kitchen has a counter it is equipped with a sink, a small electric oven, two electric burners, a small refrigerator and a washing machine.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Nice with direct access to the "Vieux Port." There is a very quick access to the east area of Nice, the Old Nice including Villefranche sur Mer and Monaco.
Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long.
Access :
30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV ). You can also fly to Nice international airport.
