This property is located in a private domain in Cairanne, between Orange and Vaison la Romaine. It's actually a private wing of a traditional vinery amidst nature. The building was renovated with the help of an architect in a contemporary style but preserving the charm and authenticity of the property. 2 accommodations are available in the building with common large entrance. This spacious apartment (about 150 Sqm) is located to the left and has 2 floors. The layout is as follows : Ground Floor : ========== You enter the apartment through the living area, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. There is a TV with DVD Player. The dining area offers a large rectangle dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with : an electric oven, gas burners (with extractor) , a dishwasher, a microwave oven,a refrigerator and freezer a toaster and electric kettle. All necessary cooking utensils and crockery are available. This large space benefits from a large windows, giving a lot of light. Off the leaving area is a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and a sink. There is a separate toilet First French Floor : ============= 2 bedrooms are available of this floor, each with windows opening onto the quiet courtyard (east). The first bedroom is furnished with two single twin beds with bed side tables and a closet. There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin and a stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite a large bathroom with a double washbasin and a shower. There is a separate toilet Important : This property can accommodate 5 people but can be rented with another rental, in the same property (Pr-591) so that a total of 12 people can be accommodated. Outside : Peaceful environment amidst vines. Tenants will benefit from a private entrance and a garden with large swimming pool (18Mx5M) amidst vineyards. They owners will be enchanted to take you for a free visit of the winery. During the summer season you could also enjoy fresh tomatoes, basil and aromatic herbs from the garden. Neighborhood : In the heart of Popes's Provence and northern sunny Vaucluse, this property offers a beautiful view onto Ventoux Mount and the Dentelles de Montmirail.. This property is the ideal location to visit Avignon, Chateauneuf du Pap, Orange and the wine route of Provence. Access : Located between Orange (15 km) and Vaison la Romaine (15km). There is a quick access from and to the A7 Motorway (exit Orange) leading north to Lyon and South to Aix en Provence. You can take the TGV train to Avignon and drive from there (20 mn drive).
