Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Juan les Pins -5 mn walk from the beach

This two bedroom / one bathroom apartment of approximately 75 sqm is situated on the 1st French floor of a peaceful residence with concierge (2 buildings only). It is equipped with an elevator and an intercom system.
There is a private parking space.
The apartment has a terrace with a view over the park and to the right onto the Esterel Mount. There is also a balcony Facing North-West.
This accommodation is available for weekly rentals throughout the year for 4 people maximum.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa, an armchair, and a dinning table seating 6. There is a TV and a stereo.
From this living area, a large French door leads to the terrace.
The separated kitchen is equipped with two gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator / freezer and washing machine. This room opens onto a balcony.
The first bedroom has a double size bed, a nightstand and chest of drawers.

There is a dressing room.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a closet. There is a window opening onto the garden.
The bathroom has a stall shower and a sink with mirror. Water closet is separated.
Bed & bath linens can be provided upon request.
All commodities such as bakeries, groceries, hypermarkets are within a short walk or a short drive. The residence is located 250 meters from the beach.
The famous town of Juan les Pins, known as one of the coolest bathing resort on the Côte d'Azur.
Only a few minutes away is Antibes, the Riviera's second largest town.
It spreads outwards from its original town fortified with ramparts. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow allies and pleasant streets in the warm honey-colored stone used to build most of its historic monuments such as Vauban's construction of the Fort Carré.. You will enjoy the famous amusement park called Marineland featuring orcs, and dolphins.
Nice, the regional center and seat of the department, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only four hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
With a car, Italy is only 40-50 minutes drive away from Antibes.
